Traditional Boeuf Bourgignon accompanied by
fresh Tagliatelle in Foie Gras Butter

Slow braised Lamb Shank with Potato Gateaux
and Rosemary Sauce

Confit Duck Leg set on a bed of saute potatoes, braised cabbage and aromatic jus

Cassoulet of Duck and Pork served in a cocotte pot

Roasted Monk Fish, accompanied by “Mogette”
(white beans from the Charente region) with
sweet garlic and star-anis creme

Chloe’s Cauldron of the Sea, served with garlic bread
